“One Time” Advisory Services
These services are designed to help put you on the right track in any one of nine areas important to financial health. Our "One Time" services are a great way to get started by making it easy to address your targeted needs. Each includes a written evaluation and recommendations including specific steps to progress toward your goals.
Debt Management - Learn the differences between the types of debt, create an efficient pay-down schedule, find out the true cost of debt and ways to potentially reduce your overall cost of debt. Insurance and Risk Management - Learn strategies to help preserve the wealth that you have accumulated or protect the financial futures of the ones you love. Review your current life, disability or long-term care insurance coverages as well as understand the steps that you can take to reduce your risks and understand the real costs of insurance. Investments - Learn strategies that seek to reduce your investment risk and improve your returns, including understanding the potentially “hidden” costs and “net” historical performance of your current investments. Get an independent evaluation of the effectiveness of your portfolio and how to improve it. One Time Fee: $150.00

"Ongoing" Advisory Services
For clients whose demands on their time prohibit them from consistently monitoring their financial health, these services provide for ongoing planning, monitoring and recommendations throughout the year, including 24/7 access to the Wealth Management System. Clients also enjoy the flexibility to speak to their advisor throughout the year and can look forward to being formally apprised of their financial health at least twice a year. The services are divided into 3 general categories:
Investment Management - For clients that wish to utilize the services of NorthPoint to manage their invested assets on a non-discretionary basis. This service provides advice on appropriate asset allocation, systematic rebalancing of the portfolio, specific investment recommendations. This service is intended to provide a cost effective solution to managing client's investment objectives. Ongoing Fee: Net 1% annually of Assets Under Management. Fee percentage will decline as greater AUM thresholds are obtained.
Financial Planning - For clients that wish to utilize the services of NorthPoint to provide comprehensive planning and advice to their entire wealth portfolio. Clients will receive ongoing planning, monitoring and recommendations throughout the year in any of the following areas of financial health: Debt Management, Insurance and Risk Management, Investments, Education Funding, Employee Benefits, Estate Planning, Retirement Income Planning and Retirement Savings. Ongoing Fee: $1200.00 - $5,000 annually based on net worth
The “Full Monte” - For clients that wish to utilize the services of NorthPoint to manage their invested assets on a non-discretionary basis and provide comprehensive planning and advice to their entire wealth portfolio. Ongoing Fee: Financial Planning and Investment Management Fees are offset.
